Facility Condition Assessment
One of the responsibilities of the Consulting Support Service is the Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of each acility to evaluate its condition. These are done by a multi-disciplinary team of architects and engineers, working in close conjunction with and receiving valuable input and assistance from facility engineering staffs.
Through the construction and real property programs,Red Brick management delivers to Veterans, high quality buildings, additions, large scale renovations, and structural enhancements. RBM also manages facility sustainability, seismic corrections, physical security, and historic preservation of facilities.
