What is Project Management
From time to time it may be necessary for a client to undertake works over and above usual ‘day-to-day’ maintenance requirements, for instance perhaps in connection with periodic internal and/or external redecoration, or overhaul/replacement of lift installations. We will assign a project manager, field superintendent, engineer and other staff members as required to effectively manage the construction process.
We help owners keep their project on track from project conception through to the selection of consultants, planning, tendering and finally completion, closeout and commissioning.

By working as a team with Property Managers, clients and service recipients, our Project Managers and Surveyors will ensure that any and all works undertaken are carried out with the minimum of disruption to residents, and that projects come in on time, as per specification, and ensuring delivery of value for money.
Our way of doing things is successful because it is backed with industry experience and resources. Our team has access to a wealth of experience and knowledge because we have worked on projects of all sizes and complexities in a wide variety of locations around the world. We have also built solid relationships with architects, engineers and subcontractors who are always valuable resources.
We will work with all project team members to define the logistical requirements for the construction process, such as areas for deliveries, placement of barricades (if required) and hours of operation.
Shop drawings represent an elementary form of delegated design. The process involves contractors and suppliers who design the components for which they are responsible. If the project architect of a building had to design every single connection and interaction between systems and components, it would be an arduous process. Most architects do not have the skills to design to that level of detail and that would cause delays and frequent defects in design. With our experienced team, you can be sure of it.
During the construction process, we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred. Aliquam erat volutpat. Nam dui mi, tincidunt quis, accumsan porttitor, facilisis luctus, metus.
A certificate of final inspection is issued after approval of the final inspection stage when an occupancy permit is not required. Occupancy permits are permits in their own right and, when lodged, should be accompanied with the associated application documents.
Commissioning and Project Closeout
One of the most critical stages of the construction process is the commissioning and closeout of the project. Commissioning project closeout is a defined process for documenting commissioning system performance, so that the documentation can be verified and approved. A typical process would have the commissioning agent submit the turnover commissioning record documentation for review. The Project Manager then reviews and approves the submission of the closeout commissioning record.
